From Raw Foam to Conductive Protection
Our process begins with polyurethane foam selected according to the required physical properties. The material is processed using a controlled conductive treatment, dried/cured and electrically tested before release.

Testing Is Part of the Product
For ESD applications, appearance alone does not determine whether conductive foam performs correctly. 1AN10 is developing its manufacturing program around measurement, process control, documentation and batch traceability.
Surface Resistance
Measures electrical resistance across the surface of the conductive foam.
Volume Resistance
Evaluates electrical resistance through the thickness or body of the material when required by the application.
Dimensional Inspection
Length, width and thickness can be verified against customer drawings and requirements.
Batch Identification
Production information can be recorded by batch to support manufacturing traceability.
Test Documentation
Electrical test results can be documented according to customer requirements and agreed test methods.
Technical Support
Black conductive foam can be tested and verified through qualified independence third-party resources to confirm electrical performance based on customer specifications and agreed test methods.
